I don't know what everyone else feels, but I find it extremely irritating when rpers rp with themselves. By that, I mean I dislike it when a person has 2 characters and they rp those two characters together (so basically they're rping with themselves).
May I suggest that there is a rule against pairing your own cats up as mates? It would mean there is more choice for everyone so those who DO want to pair their cats with other peoples characters can. It would also LESSEN the chance of kits as characters have to find their perfect significant other for their cat before they can even think about kits.
What do people think about this?

... I agree. xD I hate rping with myself. It's so blad and boring. D: Plus: mating with yourself is dumb. You don't get to actually role ply and interact!

I've always roleplayed like that, and I agree. It's definately more fun... ?

Well, I really don't mind having people mate their two cats. I will put a limit on it if it gets to be too much.
But I agree, role playing just with your cats can get dull. That will be taken down, definitely. Of course, if one player has two cats in one clan, it wouldn't be bad if they talk to each other as long as it's in the same post, right?

When a person interacts with herself it makes me mad. I've had bad experiences with it, I guess. A role player had her characters diss mine and then go off talking by themselves. It just looks stupid.

XD I've had that, Ten. Well, not exactly the same. My cat was mentored by someone elses cat, and this cat seemed to be part of a large family. His kit sister appeared and there was like... an A4 page of conversation between them. They kept refering to other characters that the person rped who was in the same family... and then another person appeared. I just sat there like ' ' Thanks Crow, that'd be cool ^^ It saves there being pages and pages of inter-rps between 'mated' characters at least.

"They kept refering to other characters that the person rped who was in the same family..." --x
People like that just need to write books. Not publish them, though. Bookstores have enough crud on their shelves.

I reckon that that's irritating but it's also really boring.
