The unusual title is due to the fact that Lynxstorm is an...unusual cat (well, I know they all are, but I'm talking mostly in terms of his suitability for mentoring). Lynx is a brand-new warrior, so it's unlikely that he would get an apprentice in the first place, and he also hates teaching, so would make almost no effort to get to know a kit or help out with apprentices to prove his worth to the leader.
Also? Lynx could be impossible to roleplay with with some characters, as if they are generally disinterested and don't seem to be offering any interesting perspectives or a chance for an argument, Lynxstorm couldn't care less about them....and then we have nothing to do.
Anyways, for the sake of realistic-ness/my being a stuck-up, anal...uh..."annoying-person," I might take an apprentice.
I'll get back to you within the time limit of a week, though.
