"I'm so hot, I'm on FIRE"
Name: Firestorm
Age: 12 moons
Gender: Tom
Clan: Fogclan
Beliefs:
Unlike his brother, Firepaw is totally digging the Starclan thing. He absorbed all of the lessons his father gave him with no issue. He isn't as bad as Rowanheart-- he doesn't pray before he eats or anything like that-- but he believes with 100% of his being. He can't even imagine not believing and doesn't even want to try to put himself in the fur of Pineclan cats. He won't bring up Starclan just to debate, but he will join in on the fight if he hears someone utter the word.
But unlike his father, he doesn't try to save anyone within his clan. He spits at their feet and often attacks them on their beliefs, with claws out and eyes aflame. When it comes to Pineclan, he hates them. Wants them to die. He doesn't think they deserve to live at all, especially not so close to his clan and his family. One day, he swears that he will chase them out with his own fangs. In fact, he goes looking for fights with Pineclan cats and loves every minute of those fights.
Because of his belief, he agrees with Rowanheart on how Fogclan is clearly the superior clan, or at least, the one tied most closely to Starclan. He does think that Meadowclan and Streamclan can adapt though and become as powerful as Fogclan-- if they want to.

Brother- Finchpaw-alive (DC)
Uncle-Red- alive (Played by Crow)
Cousin- Jaypaw- alive (played by Crow)

Appearance:
Finchpaw looks exactly like Zoe-- Firepaw looks a lot like a young, young Rowanheart.
Firepaw's eyes are a funny color, and they look different in different lights. While they are initially a pale yellow color, they seem to have green in the inside of the iris. He is more expressive than Finchpaw, and you'll have no problem telling if this cat is lying or not, or if he is angry. If his face doesn't tip you off, then his body movements will.
His fur is a flaming ginger, light and vibrant, almost glowing in appearance. There is no doubt that Firepaw keeps his coat very, very neat-- he's proud to wear his father's pelt, though often he gets embarrassed when people tell him he looks "Just like his father." There are very noticeable things about Firepaw though that sets him apart from the rest of his family. He is mostly ginger and has hardly any white on him. While he has small tufts by his eyes and strands by his ears, it is his little white toes on his paws that set him apart.
His pelt is thick and kittypet soft in texture. Firepaw doesn't get cold easily so he thoroughly enjoys the snow, the rain, and leaf-bare season. He is a large tom with very big, broad paws, much like a Meadowclan cat, as well as muscular legs and a strong jaw. Is he handsome? Well, he likes to think so, he's pretty popular with some of the she-cats in his clan and cats have told him that out of Rowanheart's kits, he's the good-lookin' one. So why would Firepaw argue with that?
Personality:
Hot-headed.
That's the best way to describe him. He's quick to anger and quick to act and takes some time to cool off again. Sharp tongue? He has it. Sharp claws? Even better.
He is the complete opposite of Finchpaw. While Finchpaw is smart and realistic, Firepaw is all passion, all emotion. Like his father, he makes decisions on his gut. But he is not as peace-loving or as mature. No, he's reckless and stubborn and has a lot to learn. And while he lacks the brains, he has a lot of other useful traits that make him an asset to the clan:
Loyalty. Faith. Love. Honor. Respect for the warrior code. Sure, he might cause a skirmish every now and then, but because of his downright loyalty to the clan and to the leader, he isn't chastised too badly because the Fogclan cats know that he did it for a reason, and that reason was to help the clan. His intentions are good. He just needs to, you know, learn how to use his brain.
And you would think, because of his attitude, that he and his brothers would be arguing all the time. But that isn't the case.
"Finchpaw is my best friend. He'll always be my best friend. I love him to death and I'd defend him with my whole life."
Finchpaw balances him out and they actually get along great. Finchpaw usually relaxes a lot with Firepaw. And Firepaw, in return, eases up and becomes a lot more level-minded. It is only Finchpaw who can reason with him and convince him to take a chill pill, and even if Firepaw is sentenced with a moon of Elder duty, he'll still act like a mousebrain if Finchpaw isn't around to knock some sense into him.
He pretty much consists of two moods: Happy or Mad. If he's not happy, he's mad, if he's mad, he's probably not happy. You don't see him sad, nor jealous, or lovesick. (Especially because he just doesn't get she-cats. He's totally hopeless with them. Hopeless. He'll try to compliment one but end up insulting them. And when it comes to apologizing, he doesn't understand how to step up and do it first. If he ever likes a she-cat, Starclan help him. He'll need it.)
The deeper part of Firepaw? You have to really dig to find it. He does feel, sometimes, that he's living in the shadow of his brother. And that does irritate him. He, like Finchpaw, is good at hiding these emotions or locking them away, but there are sometimes when any cat can see that he is jealous of his brother.
Skills:
The thing about Firepaw is that he's good at everything but not really fantastic. He doesn't have a real strength. So he's moderately good at hunting, but not the best. He's okay at fighting, but he could work on it. He doesn't really suck, but he doesn't stand out. In fact, he fades back into the crowd and no one remembers him at all in the end of the day.
But he's working on it. Mostly on fighting, and that helps him get out all that pent-up anger that he has. He does like to just tackle his brother, randomly and without warning. He is sloooooowly getting better and maybe one day, he'll stand out more.
His impulsiveness is a huge weakness, but his loyalty and passion provide him with extra strength. His determination lets him fight and hunt even when it seems like he has no energy left.
History:
This young apprentice was born right before the clans actually got formed and has only ever known clan life. His mother died when he was too young to remember, and while he lived in Streamclan for a very short time, it is when his father moved into Fogclan that his life really did start.
Firepaw was raised by Rowanheart and Rowanheart only. The lack of a mother made Firepaw absolutely clueless when it came to she-cats, but other than that, he didn't miss Zoe. Rowanheart beat the idea of Starclan into his head. Firepaw took it all in without a second thought and soon looked up to Starclan for a lot of inspiration.
So he was absolutely devastated when Finchkit was chosen by Starclan and he was not.
"Firekit, rejoice with your brother and I! Starclan has set out a special path for him-- the path of a medicine cat apprentice. He will have challenges, but oh, how wonderful it will be, to talk with Starclan!"
It should be me. He thought.
Firekit didn't actually want to be a medicine cat apprentice though. He just wanted recognition. Finchkit had often questioned his father on Starclan. Why would Finchkit get that position when, clearly, he was the stronger, bigger, better, more loyal cat? Wasn't there some path for him too, that Starclan set out too? Didn't his dad think he was special?
Over time, Firekit got used to the decision, but jealously flames in him whenever he hears his dad boasting about his son, the medicine cat apprentice.
The brothers soon grew to the appropriate age and were then christianed Firepaw and Finchpaw. Firepaw convinced himself that he was just as important, and as long as he ignores the fact that Finchpaw was 'chosen' the relationship between the brothers is strong.
So, for now, Firepaw is content. But one has to wonder: How will he feel if he learned his brother, who was given all he ever wanted, wanted nothing more than to throw it all away?
