The grin went away.
In return, it changed into a menacing snarl: but that dissapeared, too; and morphed into something more... vicious. Clayfang's jaws parted, lips curling more and whiskers pointing forward like steady white arrows; ivory fangs coated with a thin sheet of saliva that made the sharp bones seem to glow: Clayfang gave a half hiss and half growl-- sounding like he just came straight out of a horror flick.
"So can I, Crow-whisker!" Clayfang spat viciously, his fur reaching it's limit as it sprang out like a balloon; making Clayfang two times bigger than his already large size.
And then he pounced; claws glinting under the sunlight...

Through the trees, flashes of brown were barely visible as a gigantic tom charged through the forest. Each large, rounded paw was brought down hard on the hard earth; the wind making long tan and brown fur wave as the tom sprinted through the dense woods, towards the edge of the forest. A short plume of a tail stuck straight back; furry brown ears were plastered to a thick dark head.
This is what he liked to do when he needed to think. The tom power-housed through the woods, strength in every large step. At the end of the forest, he stopped, listening. The massive brown head swiveled, ears catching every peaceful sound until an abrupt snarl broke the peace. Curious, the tom bounded out of the forest, to see two cats tumbling by the ranch's fence.
Disappointed and annoyed, Cedarstar prowled over to the two, a void expression on his wide face. He scented Clayfang, a StreamClan warrior, and Crow-whisker of FogClan. Pounding up to the two tussling warriors, Cedarstar's mighty yowl exploded from the clearing.
"What in StarClan's name do you think you're doing?"

Crow-whisker found himself being knocked off of his paws by the much larger tom, Clayfang. A yowl broke out of his mouth as claws hit him. He manged to squirm out of Clayfang's reach, only to here a loud yowl--hurt Crow-whisker's ears--from a large, powerful looking tom, Cedarstar.
His yellow eyes turned back to Clayfang as his spat of the crazy cat, fur puffed out, tail lashing and ears back. 'What reason does he have from attacking me?' Crow-whisker thought to himself as stinging pain hit him.

Snarling, Clayfang swiped at the air where Crow-whisker once was; missing him by a inch, though managing to take some fur off the tom's tail. Sadly, he did not harm the skin; with a grimace Clayfang shook the particals of black strands from his claws-- lip curling up again in mock disgust.
Then a scent hit the big tom's nose and he turned around; ear's tracking the source of the yowl that he heard earlier -- besides Crow-whisker's, that is. He stopped, cold in his tracks as he met Cedarstar's eyes with his own.
Smoothing down his fur with a few licks; and ignoring Crow-whisker's yellow, questioning stare on him, Clayfang gave another grin; showing his fangs at the Meadowclan leader. "Oh. I knew I heard something...." He dissmissed Cedarstar's yowl with a lash of his tail; brushing it off like a fly. "I could have been mistaken, of course: what are you doing here, anyways, Meadowclanner?" Clayfang quizzed, wood brown eyes narrowing to amused slits, his iris' glittering with humor.

Cedarstar's large yellow eyes studied Clayfang, then Crow-whisker. His thoughts flew by steadily through his head; the wheels in his mind turning to find the best way to handle this situation. Cedarstar knew from experience that both toms were not the nicest of cats, and that they will be hard to handle. Swishing his short plume of a tail back and forth, Cedarstar straightened himself and stared directly at the only cat to answer him: Clayfang.
"That is not the question." Cedarstar's steady gaze swept over Clayfang like a broom on a hard floor. "What are you doing, quarreling and fighting with a cat without any reason to?" He kneaded the ground, his thick muscles on his shadowed legs tightening and loosening as each paw gripped the lush grass. Cedarstar turned to face Crow-whisker next, eyeing the smaller tom suspiciously. "And you. What do you think you're doing? Playing a game?"
Cedarstar inserted his large, muscular body between the two cranky warriors. He did not wish for them to fight any longer, and he knew that neither would challenge him no matter how proud they were. "Go back to your clans." He ordered Clayfang and Crow-whisker, his piercing yellow eyes never straying from either tom. "Your leaders will be hearing from me. And soon." His cold gaze took in both cats, then turned to face the forest.
"I suggest not making any more trouble on your way back, either."

Crow-whisker narrowed his eyes. This cat was telling him what to do like his owned every little blade of grass in the world. "Maybe I am playing a game," The black tom replied, slight mocking in his voice. "But I think the better question is what are you doing. Shouldn't you be leading your clan instead of wondering around the forest?" Crow-whisker glanced over at Clayfang and back at Cedarstar. "I figured an all-mighty clan leader would have better things to do then tell us what to do." Crow-whisker's tail tip slowly moved back and forth and he uttered the last words, ignoring the threat that Cedarstar made as he fought back a grin.
ooc; Crow-whisker is going to get his butt handed to him. ):

Clayfang quickly caught on to what Crow-whisker was doing and grinned like a barbarian.
"Cedarstar," He purred, voice like harsh gravel. "You should be at your clan; and besides, I don't obey you, Meadowclanner. You are not my leader." He cooed, plucking blades of grass from the ground. "What gives YOU the right to say such a thing to us; we're not even warriors of your own clan and yet you seek authority over others that are not part of Meadowclan. Shame on you-- what would the other leaders think of the fact that there is a power-hungry tom amoung them?" Clayfang asked, muzzle tightening in a smirk.
"Poor shame, Cedarstar!"
