Name | Brightwhisker
Gender |she-cat
Age | 16 moons
Rank |warrior
Clan | Stream
Beliefs| Brightwhisker believes in the goodness of other cats. She believes that whatever StarClan has set up for them, it will come out gradually and truly. In her mind, StarClan has a plan and mission for everyone, and whether it seems relevant or not, its importance will be evident as long as anyone is patient. For instance, if the Clans are in a war, it might seem all is lost and that all the peace has been shattered, which can leave cats doubting StarClan. But in the end, the war might benefit all clans. This is theoretical of course.
She does not question StarClan and anything else that is related to them. She does not believe that humans are good, and thinks they destroy the delicate balance of life.

Appearance | Brightwhisker is tall and has a muscular build. Her legs are very long. She's not very wide, so it looks like she's skinny. Her fur is medium-length and black on her back and white on her stomach, paws, and mouth. She has hazel/green eyes. You can always tell how Brightwhisker is feeling or thinking by staring into her intelligent bright eyes. Her whiskers are short, yet firm and are white.
Personality | Brightwhisker is very social and loyal, however, she does not enjoy intimacy. It makes her very nervous. Why she chose this behavior? There really is no reason, she was just born like that. Brightwhisker prefers to be on her own and see the world from her point of view, because she feels that is how you gain experience and intelligence. But she does like to have the company of other cats, so she's not a loner. Brightwhisker loves to tell tales to the young kits, since they listen to her more than the other cats. She is open to outsiders. An issue with her is that, even though she's usually calm and happy-go-lucky, if you make one wrong move around her, she'll yell at you harshly. Inside, she is very self-conscious about herself, her beliefs, opinions, etc. That is why she is very ambitious. Her competitiveness can be thought of as a good trait, but sometimes it can make her very jealous and envious towards other cats. Of course, she will never display any ill feelings towards anyone out in the open. Because of how she can seem happy and fun-loving on the outside, and on the inside she longs for attention and self-sufficiency, it gives her a "split" personality. Sometimes she'll tell herself she's the best cat that's walked the earth, but then she'll look at the world around her and remember that there are more important things in life. Brightwhisker's intelligence usually steers her back in the right direction. So there she is, an independent, funny, charming cat...with a mind that twists and turns in the most envious of ways.
Skills | There are two things that Brightwhisker excels in, and that is running and tracking. With her long legs, she can run at amazing speeds. But tracking also comes dangerous side. Once she sets off on the "I'm-psycho-angry-jealous" path, she looks to tracking for...a recreation tool. Therefore, she has become quite good at it.
Brightwhisker is not suited for battle. One-on-one, she's an excellent fighter. But throw her in with other bands of cats and she'll barely make it out alive. Groups frighten the cat and leave her very vulnerable, and also distracted. Ironically, she's terrible at fishing, but she loves the water! Her paws just aren't quick enough to grab a fish. Of course, she can't be terrible at it, but she's a little shameful to her Clan.
History | When Brightwhisker was a kit, her parents told her not to worry for they would find a stable home for her. They did not have a home because they were cats that had just escaped their dreadful kitty-pet life. Unfortunately, Brightwhisker was born into a family where Two-legs abused their kitty-pets. Her parents were brave enough to go out into the wilderness, knowing that their young kits might not survive out there.
As she would tag along with her parents to find a new place to thrive, she stumbled upon StreamClan, and begged her parents to take a look. Mudtail, her father, thought it was a great opportunity for them to join, and he talked to their leader. The leader allowed them to stay, and that was how Brightwhisker joined the clan.
Brightwhisker became Brightkit, & during her kithood, she spent a lot of time bonding with her siblings and parents. Occasionally she would travel beyond her den, but not too far. Eventually she became an apprentice, Brightpaw. Being an apprentice meant she had to practice very hard to become a warrior. Brightpaw was an obedient apprentice, always listening to her mentor. Her determination and ambition to prove herself to her mentor, Clan, family, and herself drove her. The long hours of practicing were soon easy for her to endure, the practice-hunts were easily done. The day she left her apprenticehood was a treasured day in Brightwhisker's memory, for her parents and the rest of the Clan congratulated her, and she never felt more proud.
Every task that was put into Brightwhisker's responsibility, was well taken care of. She looked over the kits, and young apprentices. Her guard over her Clan was reliable. Every day she created her history, by fighting as hard as she could, no matter how scary it seemed for her, or if she was close to death. It was her bravery that made her respected, for the Clan knew she had trouble fighting in huge battles. Currently, she's taking life easily, not putting too much stress on herself, and giving herself hard missions or goals to accomplish.
