Within moments somethings snapped in Shika. Her body seemed less relaxed, her gaze holding no ounce of affection. Empty and void, it was how it normally was when dealing with some other cat. Her blue eyes became shards of ice and void pits.
Suddenly she was Rogue.
"You take my words of "dear" and "little" as things of degrading nature. If you were to call me "elder" all the time I would find it in the wrong. I am not old enough to obtain the status of Elder. I don't take affection lightly, Frostpaw."
Her tail tip went back to shaking back and forth in an angered matter. "First lesson, keep your words to a point. State exactly what you want. Bluntness, yes I can keep to that." However, she would keep her ideas to herself unless she felt the need to share with the FogClan apprentice.
"Your take on that is fairly advanced. I am, once again, intrigued by you." The she-cat's view on those with their beliefs was something she would have said.
As the she-cat yawned Shika struck out an un-clawed paw to Frostpaw's head. Coming to her paws the Rogue trotted around the apprentice not looking to see if her paw had made contact.
"It'd be best if you pay attention to all of your surroundings. If you wish to beat Rowanheart and whoever else comes at you, you need to be ready. If you wish it, I can train you like a cat with mind. I won't degrade you and I will not treat you like an idiotic Follower who runs around with their tail between their legs like a mangy cur." Still standing, Shika's tail lashed while her eyes narrowed.
Then, a twisted laugh errupted from her vocals. Filling the small clearing the dark tabby sighed. "Frostpaw, I wish no harm to an idiot who has done nothing to me. I may be dark, but I don't waste the energy on harming those that won't give me anything in return. If you give me the tiny bit of information about him I would like, I promise you he wont be harmed. Nor will you. I will train you to the best of my abilities. I also promise the safety of your friend, Finchpaw."
Her tone had equally gone void of emotion. The only thing left was promise. It wasn't a drawing promise either. Not something that was meant to lure the weak, but something that was actually pure and honest. Even if evil, Shika knew when to keep honesty close. This special little cat would see right through mouse-dung anyway.
