Gingerpaw followed Redtail, and she meowed, "What are we going to learn today?" Her amber eyes beamed at Redtail, hinting that she can do anything, if she was well told. "I don't really mind doing anything," she continued, and bounced past Redtail. "See if you can beat that!" meowed Gingerpaw quite loudly, and almost immediately regretted it because Redtail didn't really seem to be a cheerful mentor. Surely not mean, but at least he wasn't cheerful all the time. Besides, it was her first training session, and Gingerpaw would kill the forest to make it the best from all apprentices. She pulled her head down in embarrassment, and sighed. "Let's go!" she meowed, cheerfully, hoping Redtail would forget about what was happening in front of his eyes.
