I haven't talked to "M, Y, D, N, P, R, or S" (cause he was never really named) in a while. He just sort of... vanished. Even the voice. So I get to start from ground zero here.

Okay, now he's telling me to go to sleep. But that's seriously the first time he's spoken in eons.

Mafh, I took the 66 question quiz and it said that my daemon was most likely "The Honest Soul." Something cute and fluffy... like a bunny or a chinchilla. Or Crowpaw. |D So... Idk, guys. Any tips for reconnecting with him?

... whoah, he has a deep voice. It's not too deep, but it's very... pleasing. My daemon's voice is like honey. -glee-

The key point here would be that you had opinions during the film. And voiced them. During the film.

But yeah, a couple of months after we stopped talking about daemons, I sort of dropped off making an effort to talk to Lyra, and for about a week I didn't really hear from her at all. And then I fell, and she laughed at me. And then she yelled at me for not talking to her.
You deserved it.
This is true.
But, yeah, for a while--any maybe even forever, I don't know yet--you'll sometimes have to make a conscious effort to keep in contact with your daemon. I'd advise maybe a bit of a routine, too. Like I always spend my study halls talking to Lyrca

Okay. So I either have two of them or mine hasn't even settled on a gender yet. o-o;

There was a feminine voice today. She liked the name Celeste, but that was about all we figured out before no name came back. Then they sort of... switched back and forth during the day, with the non-named male showing up the most often.

He refuses to let me call him Namarie. I told him that he'll just have to deal with it until we can come up with a more acceptable name.
It's still unfair... -grumps-

He also has a very weird sense of humor.

Hi. 8D So.. Um.. Leo hasn't been talking to me lately since the last deamon chat kinda died and I was so glad this started. :D I don't really have time to talk to him, though. And sometimes I forget to talk to him everyday. ;__; He was been three animals since we last talked. A Maned Wolf, a Saber Tooth Tiger, and an Arctic Fox. I love to talk to him, and whenever I tell him I want to talk, he talks to me. :) So that is good.

I told him to say hi to FoF and he said:
Leo: Hi Fof. 8D
Me: He is so happy. <3 Love him.
Leo: -cuddles-

And yes, he puts smile faces in his thoughts. We talk, but he also puts pictures in our conversation. He added the '8D' and he even put the -cuddle-. So, like. He is the best deamon EV-URRRR.

Mil: I think the best thing about Cloud (though I always automatically have her type her real name in here and then we have to change it to Cloud) having her computer back is that we can spend more time on THIS page.

Me: Ah, we know there're other reasons, posting, drabbles, editing apps, etc. But yes, this is good. Interacting with other daemons is something Mil hardly ever gets to do.

Mil: We have no real routine. We don't talk that much during the school day, 'cause she's working and such, but we have small talk and stuff, and if she get upset I comfort her. And of course there's always a little thrill for me when we walk into the French room, because that's where I settled into a raven...

Me: Ahem. Anyway. When I sing/mutter song lyrics either out loud or in my head, she's often echoing me. I can tell when it's her and when it's me, cause she sounds different. And we usually talk more at home. At night especially, or when we're planning or doing something. And especially when we're having a walk, or trying to get to sleep. An odd assortment. Ah well.

When I sing in my head, Namarie sort of tells me to shut up a lot of the time. ;-;

Yes, and with good reason. It's irritating.

He's not always like that though. Sometimes he sings along if I haven't been singing it for a long time. Other than music, he's not really a grump. I'm not sure if I should try this before he's settled on a name or a form, but I'd like him to interact with some of y'alls daemons if possible. He's probably sick of me by now. x3

I usually start the soundtrack, so it's usually my music--if Hayley starts singing some really obnoxious song mentally I'll usually just start a conversation, and she's ADD, so she'll forget about the song pretty quickly

Isn't she nice? Using my weaknesses against me....
But yeah, for the most part like the same music and will sing together-something I realized once Lyra got her own voice (she sounded like me until just a month ago), and then sometimes she starts singing Lady Gaga in the middle of like a Physics test and I get really mad at her...normally, though no problems.

Also, Lyrca now has a laugh, too! Yesterday she laughed and it was this awesome little purring-mrow. It's so cuuutteee!

And Toasty, Lyrca often speaks to me with pictures, too, but I have a photographic memory, so I can't really imagine it any other way. I mean, most things I do are visually oriented in my brain, for example if I were to be saying in my head "I need to do that debate homework!" there would also be a mental image of, say, the debate room, or my debate teacher in my head at the same time. Lyra is usually the same way-but I'm not sure if you normally think with pictures or not....

Oh yeah, Lyra just reminded me that y'all might've noticed I change between Lyra and Lyrca--well, her name is Lyrcaphaelia (Leerkah-f"eye"-leeah), but I like Lyra better than Lyrca annnddd yeah. So both work for her.

And Glowy, I'm not sure why you seem to have two. I don't really think that happens--but you may just be having "adjustment issues"-like me forcing Lyra into a hermit crab shape or such. Perhaps you'll settle into just having one? It seems that the male is your daemon, as you tell it...and I'm not sure why you're getting a female. It's also more typical to have an opposite-gendered daemon.

Aaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnddddddddd-- What are y'all's opinions on the whole daemon gender thing? Because it says on the sight that they thought it was something to do with sexual orientation, but then that didn't really seem true....what do you think?

" and so she willingly gave it back to me. CAUSE THIS IS MY PLACE, FOO. -coughs- Anyway. Namaralf. (Glowy's daemon who I need a name to address and just figured I'd combine Namarie and Gandalf) How are you? What have you annoyed Glowy about/helped her with/are you doing? |D As for the music that play that plays in Cloud's head, I just go along with it. It's usually quite soft. Unless it's something she's been listening to for /hours./ mentally, I mean.

Me: Namaralf sounds kinda good. Whatcha think, Glowy? As for daemon genders, I think it's just what gender reflects who you are the most, or something like that. And hell, I have a load of other voices in my head. Mostly figments. They don't need names. But that's just my opinion.

Hmm...Guys, could I get a little help here, specifically from Pyro? Well, I've FINALLY found another animal that Silviel doesn't mind being; a domesticated rabbit. A white Jersey Wooly is what she is right now - www.freewebs.com/middletennesseerabbits/jdoe1.jpg
It seems to fit her pretty well, but the only analyses I can find for rabbits on Daemonpage are ones for cottontails, arctic hares, etc. So Pyro, you know about bunnies. Any ideas?
