Mil: You mean I came up with Silviel.
D: But I helped.

You and I are in the same boat, Koala. x3 My daemon, who I am almost sure will settle as a wolf, WILL PROBABLY BE NAMELESS FOR ALL ETERNITY.
Not my fault that your mind is one of the most unimaginative ones ever to exist.
Hei likes a few names like 'Karnassial' and 'Kryzarrius' but then hei'll say "but.... no." :x Help us with names too, Cloudie?

Mil: Yes. Okay now, nameless daemons, listen - er, look - closely. The problem with names is that yes, there is usually only one that fits. Hard fact of life. But, the good news is there are so many sources in the world. I, frankly, have extremely little idea where my name came from. Cloud just said it appeared in her mind one day back in fifth grade. Anyway. It's good if you have some names you like, or even just some letters you like - sometimes the best way to figure out a name is by experimenting with beginning and ending letters, and then figuring out the rest of the name.
Taking names from books and people can also work - Hardy's Rorsharch is an example of this. Sometimes even basing a name off any old regular name can work, but adding a few extra syllables or changing the order of it around a bit, like May's daemon Silviel, based off of Sylvia.
Me: It should also have a rhythm that suits you both. I know that sounds weird, but it's true. Like Mil's full name, Milidraus, is three syllables, and that fits us perfectly for some reason. Sometimes even a single syllable, like Glowy's daemon's name Xen, will work.

Yay. At least that's something. What kind of names does your daemon like, Koala? Tough ones, cool ones, smooth ones? Mil: And any name can sound 'daemony', really, though I know what you're talking about.

Mil: You are welcome. :3 May I also suggest Izael? Or possibly Kraudessyn?
Me: I really like Kharnassial. Reminds me of one of my favorite book characters, except his name was spelled Carnassial.

It's called Darkwing. o3o
Mil: Good book. Takes place when the dinosaurs are dying out, before humans evolved. Carnassial is the relative villain.
