Curiosity was gleaming in sea-green iris' as Mapleheart sniffed cautiously at the air, a strange smell catching the little tom's attention. He pouted when he realized he didn't recognize the scent, his ears swiveling backwards sulkily.
What was this scent that the breeze carried so carefully? It was one that the FogClanner had never experienced before, but he didn't mind the odd combination of grass and fresh water. Oh, no. Mapleheart could not turn the other way from such an intriguing scent!
With a giddy purr, the warrior pranced off after the scent, nose to the air as he sniffed again and then some more, eyes crinkling at the corners as he smiled warmly, noting that the smell was growing stronger. Delightful, delightful! Oh, so very delightful! A chance to learn more of this pleasant smell-- and what was making it!
Taking another, though longer whiff of the air, one would think that Mapleheart was trying to get high of the scent of catnip, especially with the odd, though innocently happy look on the brown tabby's features. But there was no catnip in sight!
Puffing out his furry chest proudly, Mapleheart tromped cheerfully through the foliage, purring loudly as he then scampered out from a bush, cheekily yowling "I found you!" for all to hear...

Swanflower shuffled through the dense foliage of FogClan's territory. Honestly, she didn't know why she was here. She was so used to the wide-spread trees of her own territory that she often got tangled up in all of the undergrowth. "I don't see how cats can live in such a horrible place." the white-and-gray tabby she-cat grumbled to herself. She began curving off a bit, trying to find something in which she really didn't know. Was she drawn by instinct, or scent maybe. she didn't really know.
Swanflower continued stomping through the territory until a scent hit her nose. A very fresh scent... A cat! She tried to quickly scramble into a bush, but was caught a moment too soon.
"I found you!"
Her slightly fluffy pelt puffed up slightly in surprise. Wasn't the tom supposed to attack her? Maybe she wasn't born in a clan, but she was pretty sure he was. "Uh... Yeah you found me." she mewed a bit warily, unsure of how the tom would react. She scanned the other cat, her blue eyes taking in the tom. Not much different. Probably a different build. You would need one for this land. "I'm Swanflower, by the way." The she-cat added, her muscles a bit tense.
