Beliefs|
Mouseface is a very strong believer in StarClan and her ancestors. She disapproves of anyone who feels otherwise. She’s grown up with her strong belief, praying often to her mother and other ancestors that her father and sister are doing alright. Her near-death experience as a kit pushed her to believe that StarClan is there to aide and protect the Clans, sometimes coming down from their territory in the sky when they feel it’s necessary.

Appearance |
Mouseface is a sturdily built light brown she-cat. Along her back, tail, and legs she has very faint, darker brown tabby markings. Her face and paws are also darker. Her eyes are light green, ringed with lighter yellow and green colors She’s not extremely slender and more on the stocky side, with thickly muscled legs and a wide chest. Her face narrows from her defined jaw to her little nose and her eyes stick out oddly, wide and round.
Personality |
Hot-headed often and short-tempered. She’s very to-the-point and doesn’t beat around the bush. Sometimes she can be too rude for her own good, but usually she views herself as the one who’s right in arguments or debates. Prides herself greatly on being a fierce warrior and not shy to jump right into a fight, especially if her Clan needs her. Sometimes her impulsive actions get her into trouble, though her ability to make split-second decisions has saved her on several occasions. I wouldn’t exactly call her a loner, though she’s not the friendliest cat around. Typically she likes to do things on her own so she can get it done at her own pace and not have to keep up with or wait on others.
Skills |
Pretty decent hunter and fighter. Not so great at strategizing and prefers to just take orders and do what damage she can. Her weakest points are definitely stealth and strategy. Her thick build makes her somewhat awkward so usually she lumbers around, making it hard for her to be quick and agile. She relies mostly on power in any situation and isn’t one to back down easily. Learned to swim from Stoneheart on the journey.
History |
Mouseface was born just a couple moons before the big move. Her mother was a weak little thing, softened up from spending too much time with Mouseface’s kittypet grandfather. She was always craving adventure, though, and was eager to leave the territory. She and Oaknose took the kits along with them, but she died not too far into the journey, leaving Mouseface and her sister alone with their odd father, who wasn’t entirely sure what to do with them. One night, while the cats were resting, he took Brackenkit and slipped away. When Mouseface awoke and found they were gone, she went out looking for them. The area they had stopped in was all unfamiliar and new to her. She was focused so intently on a scent she thought might be her sisters that she lost her footing on some slippery rocks and fell into a river. She panicked and, not yet knowing how to swim, went under a lot and almost drowned. The last time she was sucked down, she couldn't find her way back up. She had just about given up when she felt something tugging on her, and soon she was free of the water and lying not very far away from the river. The cat who saved her looked extremely familiar, a little bit like her sister would if she were full-grown. The cat stayed with her the rest of the night and, when she woke up and her head had cleared, she decided it was her mother who saved her. Ever since that moment, she’s vowed to do her best for her Clan and make her mother proud.
With nobody left to live with, Mousekit was taken in by Stoneheart and Sandclaw. Stoneheart took her as his apprentice when she hit six moons, not long after Sandclaw died, and they developed a close friendship. He taught her anything and everything he thought she might be able to use and expand on. They were out by a river training one day when Mousepaw remember almost drowning. Stoneheart, as a powerful swimmer, asked her if she'd like him to teach her.
Her Clan choice was based on territory. MeadowClan was okay, but didn't feel protected enough. FogClan seemed to crowded, and PineClan was definitely out of the question. She finally settled on StreamClan, reminded of her mother by the river.[/size]
