Sure, we can go back to camp. Do you want me to start the thread or you?
And yes, we do make a new thread in the Camp section.

Stupid tom! Thought Sparrowpaw. She heard a evil laugh at the ringing in head. "You're stupid." That was the only thing she could think of. The word stupid was just the perfect word for Stormclaw. Sparrowpaw giggled from his dumbness. She sat down and enjoyed the the sun resting it's heat on her back. This was actually fun. Teasing her mentor. Or to make her innocent, he just said sorry trying to act dumb. This wasn't actually what she was planning for but this was better then her plan. "Yes Stormclaw. There is no prey. Why don't you go ahead and apoligize to them for eating them??" The young feline kept on laughing. She had been drowned into laughter. How stupid? she thought. How stupid?

A calm in the storm of his mind had descended. Fine, thought Stormclaw. Fine. She can laugh at me all she wants. It's not getting her anything, anything at all. So he calmly sat and wrapped his tal around his paws, and waited. He raised his voice slightly and said,"Well, perhaps I was stupid, but at least I don't go around pathetically mocking my Clanmates like I have nothing better to do. No cat will ever think anything of the immature apprentice who does nothing but mock and be cruel, Sparrowpaw. You'll only be thought of as a foolish kit, and I don't think that's what you want." His leaf-colored gaze was cool as he looked at the hysterically laughing apprentice. Let's see what she thought of that.

As the low voiced words drifted into her ears, she freezed. This tom was making Sparrowpaw lost. The tabby she-cat just stood there staring at Stormclaw as if he had just attacked her. Eyes wide, tail twitching and fur bristling. She didn't know what she was feeling. Trying to find the right words she looked straight into her mentor's eyes. Finally she found her voice. "So? Why are you telling me this? Do you think that all those stupid words that you just said is going to even make me blink?" Satisfaction rose about what she had just said. Now, let's see what he can say. Stupid cat! She thought to herself. She let out a hiss of annoyence then padded on.

Stormclaw half felt like swiping at his apprentice's face to teach her a lesson, but he knew it would do no good. Besides, his honor would not permit him to strike his Clanmate and apprentice, even if she was seemingly hopeless to communicate with. As he watched her walk away, he knew that despite her retort, his words had hit something major in the she-cat's mind. He could tell from the way she'd froze, green eyes wide and bushed-out fur. Obviously what he had said meant something to her. But what? That was the vital question Stormclaw was determined to figure out. He would remember what he had said, and what Sparrowpaw had said. But he would not track her down today. No, he would let her be by herself for a while. It would not help the brown apprentice's opinion of him if he came chasing after her like a fool. He would go hunt, but he couldn't concentrate with this on his mind. No, he would wait a bit, then go back to camp. He looked up at the walls of the hollow and the clouds in the sky and twitched his tail as he waited until he thought the time was appropriate to return.

She glanced back and saw nothing. The thing she was expecting to see was her mentor running after her. Sparrowpaw let out a snort and pranced toward camp. Now, the tabby she-cat didn't really care about the annoying tom anymore. Listening to a bush move, she turned and saw a mouse. The cat was already in a hunter's crouch and pounced. The mouse curried away before she could even feel it's blood. "Fox dung! That mouse is diggin a hole in me!" Her voice destroyed the silence. She held her voice back because she didn't want anybody especially Stormclaw to know that she had failed that hunt.

A few minutes later, a sound came to the Russian Blue's large ears. It was an aggravated mew, a she-cat's...Sparrowpaw's? Yes, he could tell now. Something about a mouse...but wait. Her voice, he thought, had more in it than just annoyance. Was it...fear? Oh, Stormclaw old chap, you're just imagining things, he said sternly to himself. Sparrowpaw's more than capable of hunting on her own. And besides, he knew it would do no good to go running after her. Go hunt yourself, distract yourself from being so distraught. Yes, I should, he thought, as long as....as long as I don't give up on wanting to make, no, help make my apprentice happy. That's the heart of the matter, really, he thought as he began to pad out of the hollow in the opposite direction of where Sparrowpaw's meow had come from. Only she can make herself happy, but I can help her be willing to do that. And be happy for good things, she has to learn that tormenting other cats isn't the only way. The MeadowClan tom couldn't imagine how tormenting others, such a dishonorable action, could make anyone happy, but he supposed it brought a savage joy to his apprentice or she wouldn't keep on doing it. But now, I shall relieve myself of those thoughts for a while. He breathed in the scent of the meadow, the sweet smells of grass, clover, and prey reaching his mouth. Ah, there was so much to enjoy in life! So how, was the question, could he help teach Sparrowpaw to enjoy it?

Sparrowpaw felt lost.. she just stood there looking numb. "Sheesh... why isn't that stupid tom following me??" she murmured to herself. The half of herself was wanting to go back and look for Stormclaw but the other half told her to go back to camp and wait until Stormclaw says sorry. Well, this she-cat wasn't really sure if he was going to apologize or not. She looked back where Stormclaw should be. Oh fine. I'm going. She smudged a frown on her face. She didn't like the fact that she was the one looking for him which means she lost the game. Her paws took steps very slowly. When her eyes saw her mentor, she hid in a bush. Truly, she was embarrassed. The last thing she wanted to do on earth was to beg for forgiveness but it looked like she was going to do it right now. A sigh escaped her mouth as she stepped out from the bush. Lost for words, she just said a short greeting. "Hi." Trying to hide her embarrassment, she started licking her chest fiercely. Sparrowpaw was somehow mad at herself for starting the conversation. Wake up Sparrowpaw! You ain't that nice!
