Beliefs |

Goosepaw is an average believer in StarClan. She knows that they exist, and believes that if she is as good of a cat as she can be, then she will be able to join them when she dies. Her view of StarClan is very immature and child-like and she believes that the cats of StarClan watch over every single cat, hear every single prayer, and will eventually help when you need it most. She doesn’t believe that she’ll ever actually see StarClan until she passes on. Also because of her innocence, she doesn't understand the aggression between Clans and all of the arguments that spring up based on everyone's varying beliefs of StarClan. Goosepaw doesn't base her opinions on other cats from their beliefs, whether they don't believe or have an extremely strong belief. She sees cats as themselves, not as "messengers of StarClan" or any of the sort.

Appearance |

Goosepaw is a small cat, even though she is still growing, she is smaller than an average apprentice. Her frame is light, but nowhere near “delicate” or “fragile.” She is a bit stocky, but not in a “bull-thick-and-powerful” sense. Really, she just needs to grow into herself, though she will probably not grow too much larger in the time that she has until she is a full adult. Her legs are short and her body is just generally compact, slightly muscled, and just average of what you would expect from a small cat. Her paws are somewhat small, but her tail is also long, seemingly in order to counteract the small size of her paws. However, she is still clumsy and trips over herself often.

Goosepaw’s head is round and her muzzle is somewhat blunted. Her ears are tall and somewhat rounded, but sensitive to small sounds. Her eyes are also round, but large and evenly spaced across her face. Her right eye is pale blue while the right is amber, with a small ring of green around the pupil. Her fur is probably the most curious part of her, aside from her eyes. Her main base coat color is a rather pale, slate gray, however, her points (i.e. face, legs, and tail) are darker-colored, nearly black, making her appear to be a Siamese cat that had all of the color drained from its coat. Goosepaw also has a white blaze on her face, which runs down her chin and over her chest. All four of her paws are white, though her front paws have slightly less white than her hind paws.

Personality |

Goosepaw is still extremely young both in body and mind. She is goofy and easily distracted by just about anything and everything that could distract her, even when the situation is serious or during training sessions. Goosepaw is horribly curious and can get into tons of trouble for it. Probably one event that is prominent in everyone’s mind when they think about Goosepaw is when she stuck her head into a rotted log that had a beehive in it. That wasn’t a fun day for her or anyone nearby her.

Goosepaw is definitely a handful and can be terribly frustrating to older, more serious cats, especially when they try to keep her in line. She is her own cat and thinks for herself, but her young attitude and immaturity is also a huge factor in elder cats’ opinions of her. If they ask her to do something, they can usually expect it done… Within the next few hours or even the next day. Goosepaw does everything in her own time and the more you seem to rag on her, the more scatter-brained she seems to get. Of course, she doesn’t mean to do any of this in a spiteful manner, or anything close to a negative reason. Her heart is almost always in the right place, but she seems to also be unable to control herself.

Because she is so sporadic and free-spirited, she can have some terrible flaws shine through. In stressful situations, Goosepaw becomes even worse than usual and almost always breaks under pressure. Once she gets stressed enough though, Goosepaw has a high tendency to shut down and just work like a robot, or not do anything at all if it gets so terrible for her.

She is extremely friendly and fun loving, and also loyal to her friends, which she seems to make quite easily. However, she has problems with differentiating between cats that really like her and cats that are just polite to put up with her and then send her on her way as quickly as possible. She is horribly naïve in this fashion and can be extremely trusting, even of strangers. However, it is extremely easy for her to win over the right cat that isn’t so against her all-over-the-place attitude.

Skills |

Probably the only real skill that Goosepaw has going for her at her current stage in training, is her friendliness. Her physical capabilities are rather lacking because she is so clumsy and her fighting and hunting skills are not quite as honed as another older apprentice, or an apprentice that isn’t quite as spastic as she is.

History |

Goosepaw was born to a warrior and a loner. She can’t exactly explain their relationship, but she knows that they cared a lot for each other and no matter how much her mother asked, her father would not join the Clan with her. He was too free-spirited to be controlled by another cat, that he couldn’t imagine being happy in a Clan. So when Goosepaw, then just called Winnie, and her brother were old enough and Mistyfur was going to return to StreamClan, she asked both kits what they would like to do. Quasi chose to stay with Max and live the life of a loner. However, Goosepaw decided to go with her mother, curious about the adventure that would present itself if she joined a Clan. Of course she missed her father and brother, but she knew that they would be off having their own adventures and taking care of each other, through thick and thin. One day, she knows she'll see them both again.

As soon as she was brought back, she was named Goosekit, which she didn’t mind in the slightest, and was raised among the other kits that were born about the same time as her. As soon as she was old enough, she was made an apprentice and is just beginning her training. If her mentor could learn how to control her.

Uhm, I adore her. And Goosepaw and Goosefur (my cat :O ) have to be best friends not because they're both named goose or anything[/b] since they would have A LOT of fun together.
