Leaving

I'm sorry guys, but I have decided to leave FoF.

This is not because you guys aren't wonderful or because FoF sucks, because both those things are not true. It is simply because this site is not for me. I have enjoyed my time here and getting to know all of you, but I find it hard to motivate myself to log in and check on threads I know have not been replied to, and then just log off. It seems as though private threads dominate on this site as well; I'm more of an open thread person, and while I have had open threads out and about it seems to me as though more enthusiasm exists for private threads.

I know I could simply request for a private thread with someone else. But I don't support private threads; they're something I'd prefer to avoid unless for key plot development reasons. I know I could get more involved in the community by posting in the cbox 24/7 like a lot of you guys do, and therefore attempt to enjoy myself more, but I have never been a cbox chatter. I come to FoF to rp and see what's up. I don't come so I can chat away in the cbox instead of rping. Not that you guys aren't wonderful, and not that chatting in the cbox is a bad thing. It's just....not what I do, I suppose. I provide this information so that you guys know I've thoroughly thought this out and I'm not leaving just because I'm whiny xD

Admins, please move my application for PineClan medicine cat to the archives. I have already put up an adoption thread for my cats, and if you guys like you can take care of it, or I can stay on to do that (I know you guys are busy). Please feel free to delete my account whenever you would like to. I hope I have come across as nothing less than respectful in this quitting notice. I've enjoyed my time here on FoF and am thankful for the experience. You guys have an awesome bio-evaluation process ^__^

Awww! Frosty! I'm gonna miss you I've very much enjoyed knowing you and it's sad I never got round to rping with you! I'm sorry FoF isn't for you. I can totally understand where you're coming from, like a lot of things some people are more suited to one site than another. You're very right in that a lot of people here favour 1x1s, it's not a problem but it's a style not everyone enjoys and I can see why it might not appeal to you. I totally respect your decision to leave, it seems as if you've thought hard about it, but that doesn't mean I'm not sad. Thankyou very much for all the feedback on the website and for giving your true reasons for leaving, not many people are big enough to do that, and with luck the staff can look at this and think of more ways to improve the site I wish you great luck in your rping future. Please know that we're always here for you to return to, if you get the urge to ever join us again! We'll welcome you with open arms!

Cloud: Yes, I was looking forward to it as well. It's not often that I leave in the middle like this, hence my huge amount of reasoning xD Hopefully I'll see you guys around.

This is probably the last time I'll be logging in. i'll check from time to time to see how you guys are doing of course. It was good being here while it lasted.
