Hi, I figured I'd make a character if I can figure this out... I've never roleplayed in a warriors rpg and I've never read the books, so I'm still figuring out the terminology and such. So far that I've noticed, I've only come across one thing I still haven't figured out yet... So, if my cat is "6" moons(?), how old is that? Also, I might panic if anyone tries to roleplay with my character in more than one thread at once. Before I create a character, I'd like to know what is needed and where. It doesn't really matter to me what age or position or gender that I play, so I figured I may as well see what is needed first. I do tend to enjoy playing "bad" characters the most though. I know the name would probably come after character creation, but this in another area where I am lost. Yeah, I looked at the website, but I don't have ideas here. Thanks for any help.

Moons are months. Just a regular lunar cycle.
Cloudie would be the one to ask about what genders are needed where. If I was you, though, I would make a warrior, probably in MeadowClan. It's our smallest clan at the moment.
If you want a bad character, I would advise making a Miststar supporter for the FogClan plot. They're about as bad as it gets right now. Have you read up on the plots at all?
I'm be happy to help you with naming your character when it comes to that. (:

I haven't read all of them yet but I've had a decent look around. I figured the stories would stick in my mind better after I had some idea of where I'm going with my character.
I noticed Fogclan looked pretty evil. I like that. Not that I'm incapable of playing a super friendly cat.

fogclan isn't necessarily "evil" though if we compare it to the clans in the books then it would be most similar to shadowclan which is the 'evil' clan. they're just a bit misguided with them being taken over by a nut-job that believes way too much in starclan (their belief system) and such. really there can be "bad" cats in any clan and since meadowclan's the smallest still (at least for warriors) then i'd say go for that.
also, when naming a character, what is best is to usually find a picture or reference of a cat that you like and then going from there. usually asking people's opinions helps a lot also.

So.. I hope I'm not bothering people asking questions and such... I really did read a lot of stuff on here. It's just spaced out so much that I guess it's a little difficult to find information... Or maybe it's just that since I didn't read the books, there's some information I'm just lacking that I should know. It sounds like Meadowclan already has plenty of male cats? I can't really tell, but I've been making a male for the clan anyway. As a warrior, are there any daily activities that would be expected of him? And these cats live in...burrows?

Yes, MeadowClan has plenty of toms. Daily activities would include hunting for the clan, going on patrol, and training his apprentice if he has one.

yeah they live in, like, abandoned fox dens and whatnot that they also are very adept diggers in order to widen the burrows and whatnot. but the other dens are in fallen logs and hollow trees and rock dens.
i'd also be willing to explain to you the basics via pm or something in order to help you get the basics down about clan-life and whatnot
