[ I'm no good at starting threads and therefore the first post is fail. ]
Delicate paws padded silently on the grass as the she-cat walked past. The sun was a bright orange glow on the horizon, causing a long shadow behind the medium-sized cat. She walked calmly, head held high, tail low and ears pricked.
This ginger cat was a MeadowClan cat. Her pelt was marked with many darker stripes, her paws and underbelly were white, as was the tip of her tail and her muzzle. Quite a pretty she-cat altogether, really, and she was proud of it.
Tawnystripe paused when she reached the Fallen Trees. She sat down nearby, sitting in the silence and listening to the song of the birds at dawn. Dawn was a peaceful, quiet time, which Tawnystripe loved. She often came to sit with her tail wrapped around her paws, listening to the world around her as the cool breeze ruffled her coat.
A new dawn, a new day.

Lionstorm; and there was really no other word for it; stormed blindly through the undergrowth. She didn't care where she ended up. /That idiot twin of mine! Going off on her own like that; I was just trying to help.../ she silently fumed as she pushed her way past a dead branch, snapping it as though it was just a twig. The she-cat smirked. /Someone's almost certain to patronize her, and I know how she hates that.../ Then Lionstorm shook her shaggy, orange tabby head. /I shouldn't think like that. We're all we have./
With a sigh, the StreamClan cat looked around. She seemed to have arrived back at the Fallen Trees. Lionstorm stiffened at the sudden strange cat-smell, but relaxed when she saw that it was just a young MeadowClan cat. She coughed gently to get her attention. /Maybe she can tell me a way around those brambles to get to the river./

Two cats walked together talking exitedly. "I've always wanted to come back," the ginger tom meowed, "And now I have." ~~ "But I still don't like this..." the cream and orange she-cat mewed, she was obviously a kittypet, "Do we really have to Flames?" ~~ "Of cource we don't Cloe," Flames said "But we will anyway." He was a loner, born on clan territorys, with dreams to go back. The two walked together, untill they came to fallen trees.

A little dry cough made Tawnystripe's sandy ginger head snap around, neck fur rising warily. StreamClan scent wafted toward her but she did not recognize the pale she-cat standing opposite her. But, by the way she stood, she did not seem a threat.
And, it was a free place, Tawnystripe thought reluctantly. Any cat could come here. In fact, the medium-sized tabby was bound to meet plenty of new cats here.
"Who are you?" Though Tawnystripe's voice held little hostility, it was still wary and contained that hint of suspicion. She was used to being on her own; she still hadn't adapted too well to Clan life, therefore the company of other cats made her slightly wary.
Curiosity flared in the MeadowClan she-cat's dark eyes, but before she could even stand up more voices sounded. Her dark amber eyes flicked over to the shadows, where a moment later two cats appeared; a kittypet and... a loner?
Tawnystripe stiffly rose to all four paws, her tail tip twitching irritably from side to side. She had come here for peace, not for cats to disturb the quiet. All signs of tranquility had faded, leaving a wary and curious she-cat with not much friendliness in her at that moment.

(Better than mine. xD)
Lionstorm saw the she-cat's obvious anger and was about to lash out when she stopped herself. /Insulting anyone isn't going to get me anywhere./ she told herself. The StreamClan cat took a deep breath and tried to draw from her extremely shallow reserves of courtesy. "I was looking for a way around those brambles," Lionstorm said, flicking her white-tipped tail in the direction she had come. "To the River, that is. Would you happen to know a path that would take me there?"
(Ultra fail. xD)

[ Is not. >.< ]
As the she-cat began speaking again Tawnystripe's darkly-coloured eyes switched from the two newcomers back to her again. Amusement was already creeping into the MeadowClan she-cat even before she had finished.
Deliberately, the sandy ginger she-cat sat down, taking extra time to respond. Of course she didn't know a way to the river - she only came to the Fallen Trees for silence and time alone, for StarClan's sake!
Before she replied, Tawnystripe rasped her tongue over a forepaw that was dipped in white; the same white as her underbelly and tail tip. "I rarely go to the River from here," she inquired coolly, returning some of that calm stature she had previously had. "Therefore, I would not know a way around these brambles - I didn't even know they were there."
She shot a glance at Flames and Cloe, wondering briefly if they knew. But then again, they didn't have Clan scent on them; perhaps they knew this territory less than the adapting Clan cats.
Turning back to Lionstorm, Tawnystripe meowed calmly, "Perhaps I could help you find a way 'round."

This was too much for the touchy she-cat. Lionstorm was already fighting to hold her rage down, and Tawnystripe's insulting amusement sent her over the edge. "Oh, I'm SO sorry for disturbing your precious peace and quiet." she hissed sarcastically. "Now, if you'll excuse me, some of us have things to do." Turning towards the only gap she could see, Lionstorm stalked out of the clearing, muttering something that sounded like, "Stupid MeadowClan cat."

Tawnystripe gave a snort as this she-cat's temper poured out. Of course, she should have known; this was a cat who did not have the time to listen to an amused cat from another Clan.
However, she wasn't so much bothered. The MeadowClan cat simply watched as Lionstorm spat at her, her voice now containing a new anger that Tawnystripe hadn't yet seen.
"Keep your fur on," the sandy she-cat snorted as Lionstorm began to stalk away. She flicked her ears, half-annoyed and half-amused by this sudden outburst. "I was only offering to help."
She half turned, her dark eyes still fixed on the StreamClan cat whom was now walking away. A mischevious glint was now visible in her narrowed eyes. "However, if you're refusing my offer, then that is fine by me."
I hope she gets lost, Tawnystripe thought to herself, but decided to keep the comment to herself. She inclined her head toward the Fallen Trees and swiftly leapt up on one of the trees that was poking out, providing a little space to sit on. The she-cat flicked her tail dismissively as she sat down on the tree, her dark amber-brown eyes following Lionstorm as slowly, she left her sight.
