"Yes!"
Crow-whisker couldn't stop his whiskers twitching in amusement of Blackpaw's sudden outburst; he didn't really expect it. Of course, the apprentice quickly changed his attitude with a small thank you.
Before the black tom was able to reply, Willowpaw pushed himself out of the bushes, stuttering a hello. "Hello, Willowpaw." Crow-whisker dipped his head. "Right. Lotsa fun." After all, two heads are better than one, and there was three of them.
ooc; le fail.

"Heyo Willow-y,"
Willowpaw couldn't help but smile at the nickname, almost beaming.
Then the moment fled the scene faster than you could say mouse as Blackpaw pranced closer to him, fear nearly numbing the grey apprentice in his place, though he proved he still had the ability to move and took two hasty steps back from the black tom, almost falling backward over his own paws.
Digging his claws into the ground to balance himself, Willowpaw gave Blackpaw an apologetic look, ears flat against his head with shame and eyes lowered to stare at Blackpaw's forepaws, his body stiff as a board. He breathed a quick "sorry" under his breath, barely catching the other apprentice's next words.
"Wanna come hunting with us? Crow-whisker's gonna take us to the StreamClan border, should be lotsa good fun."
Hunting?
Excitement bursted in Willowpaw's chest, kneeding the ground in an eager manner. "I w-would l-love t-to, Blackpaw." He whispered, tail now high in the air instead of it's drooping position from before. Willowpaw then realized he was so quiet, that he couldn't even hear himself and repeated his answer, voice just a tone higher than before, hoping that the other two toms would hear it this time, if they had not already.
He saw Crow-whisker bobbed his head at him out of the corner of his eye, and Willowpaw jerked his chin down in response. "Hello, Willowpaw." The black tom had said, earning a grateful blink from Willowpaw for the welcome. "H-Hello to you, t-too, C-C-Crow-whisker!" The petite tom stuttered sharply in return, tail lowering just the slightest from it's pole-like stance, giving a crooked look to it.
"...A-are w-we g-going n-now?"

Under his dark fur, Blackpaw was blushing like a maniac. There he had gone, making a fool of himself in front of Crow-whisker of all cats. The tom was one of the few warriors he liked, other than his mentor. So embarrassing, he thought with the slightest whimper, barely audible to himself, as he forced a stronger look on. Facing Willowpaw once more, Blackpaw waited for the silvery tom's response.
And when Willowpaw backed up quickly, Blackpaw felt another pang of embarrassment, though this one far more personal, cut through him. He considered Willowpaw one of his friends, he should know better than to just... suddenly approach the jumpy apprentice like that! Blackpaw may have been an "act before you think" type of cat, but knowing his friends was something he took pride in. There was no pride in making a friend afraid of you, no matter how jumpy they were. It was just... wrong, in Blackpaw's mind.
But he kept a stern hold on his cocky exterior, nodded apologetically to Willowpaw, and waved off the tom's apology with a flick of his tail. And when Willowpaw spoke again, though Blackpaw had to listen closely to the tom repeat it before he heard, the apprentice jumped excitedly. "Yes let's go now!" He mewed loudly.

ooc; Sorry I didn't reply sooner. o3o;
"I w-would l-love t-to, Blackpaw."
Crow-whisker rose to his paws as Willowpaw answered in his own stuttering meow. Come to think of it, Willowpaw did seem a little...odd to him; always stuttering and jumpy. StarClan knows how he became an apprentice. Another meow from the jumpy apprentice snapped Crow-whisker from his thoughts; a reply and a question.
"A-are we g-going n-now?"
The warrior glanced over to Blackpaw, who, once again, looked embarrassed. Other than his embarrassment, the black apprentice looked excited and ready to go. He opened hos mouth to answer Willowpaw, but didn't get any words out due to Blackpaw's slightly loud meow. Crow-whisker couldn't stop his tail from flicking in a back and fourth rhythm in amusement. It seemed no matter how hard the young tom tried to act mature, he always did something other cats would say only a kit would do. Crow-whisker soon stopped his amusement and let his yellow eyes scan the FogClan territory before him, padded towards the border after he was done. Waving his tail for the others to follow, he threw a meow over his shoulder.
"Yes. We're going now."
ooc; I wrote this on a piece of a paper first in pen. What a mess. xD

Willowpaw's jaw dropped at Blackpaw's nod, feeling guilty. Blackpaw shouldn't have to apologize-- at least, it seemed like he was apologizing. If anyone should be saying sorry-- again-- it would be himself!
"Yes let's go now!"
Willowpaw went silent at the other apprentice's loud meow, though smiled at Blackpaw's excitement. Willowpaw himself was excited for the hunt, and soon forgot all about the mistake he made only seconds ago, claws kneeding deeper into the earth. "Y-yes. Now." He stuttered softly, purring just the slightest.
"Yes. We're going now."
The answer was all Willowpaw needed-- with a twitch of his tail he lurched forward, rocketing from his position and passing Crow-whisker, tail waving in the air like a silver banner. He skidded to a hault soon after, strangely not afraid of what he had done. Willowpaw felt good-- alive and ready to roll. He hadn't hunt with a clanmate for a long while.
It would be refreshing to do it again. ---
ooc: crap. e_e;

For a moment, Blackpaw had forgotten about Crow-whisker. He had just focused on Willowpaw and making sure the tom was going to join them, Crow-whisker didn't really fit into his mind at that moment. But when the warrior spoke, saying they were leaving, Blackpaw's ears twitched quickly and he turned toward the StreamClan border, prepared to take the lead. Going along the StreamClan border would be great, maybe he'd catch a fish or something. The apprentice had never caught one before and with the prospect of fishing in his mind, he didn't notice when Willowpaw jumped forward until the other apprentice had stopped moving.
That was a pleasant surprise. Blackpaw didn't think he had ever seen Willowpaw be so unafraid or headstrong about something. With a grin he took off after the apprentice, but instead of stopping next to Willowpaw, he continued on, nose scenting for the border as his ears checked to see if the other two were keeping up with. They most likely were, but Blackpaw didn't want to leave them too far behind, they were hunting together after all. Then again, racing to the border sounded like a lot more fun. "Race ya'!" He called back, hoping they would hear him. [/blockquote]
