Lucky timing to have gotten the activity check email!!!! X.X I'm at someone's house right now, with a friend.
They restricted the internet access at my work (which makes it a pain to use google to get the information we need) and using it personally now could get me fired. I definitely can't afford it.
I've spent the last month considering internet possibilities, but I need to get a laptop, netbook or notebook... But right now, I can't readily afford one-even just a few hundred. There are a few places around town that broadcast wifi, so *hopefully* that won't be a problem.
I'd rely on the phone, but its died on me once, and I almost had to replace it. The contract isn't up until December, elsewise I have to pay $500ish for a new one. =/ With the contract being finished, it'll only cost $30.. I've tried picking up a broadcast or two here at home because the library broadcasts (and is practically in my backyard) but for some reason I'm having a heck of a time getting hold on it. They frown on non-school or non-business related internet usage, far as I know, with papers posted not to go on facebook and such, so I doubt it..
I've sorely missed you guys and the other site I'm on.. So far, I haven't managed to contact anyone there, though they're trying to work out a revival plan, so I'm kinda pressured, kinda not.
I'll get something by december though- I'm gonna have to, since I'm getting a free ride to Iceland (!!) In late Dec to early Jan., and I'm not going if I can't get ahold of my parents when I like (sounds much better than that dads not letting me go if I can't, lol, and I live on my own!).
If I got a laptop/etc., I could use it at work, and possibly pick up wifi there too. Several of what resturants we have it, anyways, and one is down the street a few blocks. But, if not, I could type replies while I'm there, drive someplace, and post, heh.
I'm trying, guys. =/ hasn't been easy, meh. Makes me want to get a second job or something.
I gotta go, but if anybody needs me, msn is glitchy on my phone but still works. Yahoo I guess is okay- I don't use it much. Its not wanting to load big pages on the 'net any more, and even my dad has started having similar major troubles with his blackberry.. They are coming on two years though, about the time we all start having problems (mine start first, I'm cursed, heh). If its easier, I can give somebody my number until I have a more assured way to get on.. I don't really know the person here, just kind of tagging along. I've had the same number for several years, its not like I haven't dealt with creepers and such, lol. I miss you guys, and its driving me nuts not being able to play Peachpaw right now.. If its possible, can one of the admins appoint someone to play her and keep her going until I can fully return? I'd like to make her fast close friends as was planned-you can see the thread that was going, aside that.. I don't know, heh, kind of out of the loop. Training wise, she's far more willing to practice hunting, and it'll take coaxing to make her practice fighting with any real heart. Jus follow the biography I have for her, you guys are awesome, I know she'll be in good hands and will take a long time to develop anyways.. Please no love interests right now, and no hating/anger/etc though.. Gah, I hate this is so hurried.. I seized the chance I got. :/ I'll return as fast as possible with some sort of netbook or laptop or something, hopefully by mid-september to mid november.. I'd reeeally like to have one by then, and depending on what I have saved by then versus a whopping $300 car insurance bill (versus $600), I should be able to swing it. I'm really sorry about all this guys, believe me, it sucks.(
