No. I'm not sure what caused it. They were just... there... crawling all over her living flesh and...

She is. Mom took her to the vet; they bathed her and gave her medicine and shaved her more. Now she has a bald butt. She looks like a plucked chicken.

I had been thinking along the same lines as Kyo. Of course, it was kind of disgusting when my calico had kittens in my lap, but I think Rachel might be a bit old for that... But ack, that is a bit disturbing... Poor Rachel!

Oh Ten... It happens, a surprising amount, but not normally to cats. It's often a problem with rabbits and sheep and the like. Oh the poor cat D: </3
I sorta guessed... Only because of the time we had to shave our rabbit. But my first thought was that her tail got sliced off.

Once my mom got a bird stuck in the grill thingy on her car. The bird was still there when she got home a couple of days later, but guess what was on the bird? It was disgusting.
