Hey you guys. I've been having a problem with my dog, Wendy. A little Shih Tzu that is about six or seven years old.
Recently she's stopped eating period. She won't even touch her favorite food anymore. D: When she walks it's sluggish, with her head&tail down. She doesn't even care if I pick her up--and she normally hates it when I pick her up! And she stopped barking/growling/whatever. Yes, she still barks every once in awhile--but not as much as she used to.
I need help and advice. But I can't take Wendy to the vet. I don't have the money. ;___;
Please help in any way. D:

Huh. My Shih Tzu is 5 years old, and he doesn't do that. He's quite, that's for sure, but he eats.
Take Wendy to the vet. Now.

This sounds really important. If your parents really understood, they need to get her to the vet. I've never had that happen to my dog, but my cat, and we took him to the vet. I think you really need to get her to the vet. Try your hardest to get your parents to take her.

Most likely she's sick, Claw.
If her symptoms continue, then take her to a vet. D: I have parents like that, as well. You just have to wait it out and hope for the best...

Millie was like that when she ate rat poison. D: (Not saying your dog did.) She's most likely sick, like Pride said. Maybe a fever...?
