Beliefs |
Wolfpaw does believe in StarClan. However, he may not be as dedicated as many other cats, due to the fact he has not yet seen, nor heard from any StarClan cat (and it may also stem from the fact that his father was not a believer). Seeing, for him, is a big part of believing. He believes primely because that's how he was raised, and he's never bothered to question it.

Appearance |
Wolfpaw's name is rather fitting, even without his full warrior name. He's a large cat for only twelve moons, with large paws to boot. Tabby fur coats his entire body, and it has an almost red sheen to it. The thickness of it hides the fact that there's little fat on his bones, although there is plenty of muscle to make up for it. His muzzle is thin, though his cheeks puff out with plenty of whiskers to spare. His chin is coated in white, though that's the only bit of him that's truly white. Any other white found in his pelt is truly more creme, including the fluff within his ears.
Wolfpaw is exceptionally long, with legs proportional. He isn't necessarily a tall cat, though being large usually makes him taller than most of the other apprentices. His eyes are large and yellow, outlined by pale brown circles, though slightly dimmed by the fact that rest of him is also a rather faded shade.
Personality |
Wolfpaw is not exactly a quiet cat, though he doesn't draw unnecessary attention to himself either. He doesn't gossip and he says exactly what he means to precisely when he means to. His words are honest, and can be hurtful, but that is just the way he is. His intentions are usually well-meaning, making him a rather amiable companion, despite his deadpan honesty. He has a habit of making stupid jokes that no one usually laughs at, as they aren't able to tell that he's actually making a joke.
He's usually very awkward around cats his own age, and can be seen shifting his paws quite often when in discussion with them. He quite often wishes he was older, and one of the warriors, which he will be eventually. On occasion, he may snap, and turn rather aggressive with his denmates when he can think of nothing else to do around them (as in, he doesn't do it out of boredom, but when he has no idea how else to react). He usually works on feelings rather than logic, so even if they aren't doing anything to cause him to act out in violence, he may do so anyway.
Skills |
Wolfpaw is good at two things. Fighting and smelling. One may automatically assume that him being able to smell well, means that he can also hunt well. That isn't true. Due to his size, Wolfpaw has simple brute strength on his side, and he also has patience, which makes it rather easy for him to learn the moves that come with fighting. However, he does not have exceptional speed. He can move quickly, as any cat can, but finds the act of hunting to be rather boring and taxing on his nerves. He'll do it for his clan, as it is required of him, but he usually cannot catch as much as others are able to. His nose is rather sensitive, and allows him to find the prey (or cats from other clans), even prey that may not be visible or moving, though, of course, catching it is always luck of the draw. Luckily for him, fighting is not all about speed.
History |
Wolfpaw was not born in FogClan, though joined them not long after reaching apprentice-age. Shortly after his birth, his mother abandoned him, leaving him in the sole possession of his father. For the new two moons, his father struggled to keep him alive. Though he'd reached the point that he could chew solid food, it wasn't necessarily what the young cat needed. Thankfully for the single father, Wolfpaw survived, and, with regret, sent his son to FogClan, the clan nearest to their home when he was about six moons old. FogClan has been his home since then, and while he possesses no true memory of his mother, he occasionally wonders where his father has gone. Undoubtedly far away from FogClan, in hopes of dissuading his son from finding him. However, Wolfpaw is far too loyal to worry or care too much.
